Chose this motel because it had airport shuttle, both ways which suited my purposes. Contacting shuttle by phone proved to be an issue but it was resolved by airport help desk who phoned 3 times before phone was answered. I had tried 3 times before I sought out the HELP DESK. Might just be a once off issue & I mentioned it to owners/managers who thought that was unusual. All very pleasant about it all & return shuttle was on time so it finally worked out well.

Easy check in. The free pick up from Auckland airport was great and we arranged a drop off there for only $10 NZD which was great. We also left our car parked there for free for 3 days while we were away which was super handy. The room was big enough for 3 people and the bathroom was big with a decent shower. The room had AC and a nice little kitchenette. The staff were nice and helpful. Beds were comfy. It was good quality for the price.

We had an international flight to catch the next morning so this was a perfect location. The free shuttle provided picked us up promptly after our arrival and we then took the return shuttle the next day, which at $10 for the two of us was excellent value. We dined at one of the nearby hotel restaurants but there were also takeaway options all within walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

The A+ service and convenience. Great accommodation. Vehicle storage - we were able to leave our vehicle whilst out of the country. Very affordable shuttle service, Great communication whilst we were out of the country. Going the extra mile as we. arrived back into the country after midnight we walked into a nice warm room. Heart Pump was on. We are ever so grateful especially since we came back from the cook islands to cold Aotearoa.

Super comfy beds, lovely staff, quiet, awesome spa bath, quick and reliable airport transfers, and most importantly for me- great ventilation with the ability to open windows and get some fresh air (unlikely the stuffy high rise options at the airport).
